New Mexico Bank & Trust: “Banking The Way It Used To Be”
“Banking The Way It Used To Be” is New Mexico Bank & Trust’s popular slogan. Most people know it, but what is it really about? It’s about a bank that honors old-fashioned values like trust, respect, courtesy and friendliness. It’s about people who go against the rush of modern living and take the time to recognize customers as individuals, friends and neighbors. It’s about a time when local bankers, not distant committees, made decisions and solved problems.

But, that’s where the old-fashioned part of New Mexico Bank & Trust ends. Our customers get the best of modern banking with services such as real time online banking, check imaging and imaged statements. Conveniences like these save time and provide customers with choices. Basically, it adds up to using technology to better serve the customer, not to create distance from the banker.

There is no substitute for expertise, training or know-how. New Mexico Bank & Trust bankers have all that and more, giving customers the luxury of small-bank treatment and big-bank know-how and expertise.

This approach to community banking has made New Mexico Bank & Trust one of the fastest growing financial institutions in the state. From one location in Albuquerque in 1998, we have established operations in Clovis, Melrose, Portales, Rio Rancho and Santa Fe. In the Albuquerque-Rio Rancho area, we have created five branches, including two on the Westside.

Many customers consider New Mexico Bank & Trust more than a bank. We are, to some, real partners. This is something you need to experience personally. Visit a branch. Meet our people. Find out what we have to offer. Discover what we mean by “Banking The Way It Used To Be”.
